My philosophy is to make my studio a place like no other for you to get the results you want.

As a qualified personal trainer practicing for 10 years, my role is to get you healthier and feeling fantastic. I create tailored fitness programmes for my clients to suit their individual needs. All programmes are fun and enable my client’s to feel great. 

I offer 1:1 personal training and small group personal training sessions. For those who can’t make it to the studio, I also offer an online training option.
