Every 4 weeks you will receive a brand new block of training. No matter if you train 3,4 or 5 times per week.
Train differently with my three-stage workout system:
- Strength – these are the fundamentals lifts that will get you stronger. Squats, deadlifts and bench are all included.
- Accessory – These are single joint movements that will to sculpt your muscles.
- Conditioning – This is the part where you will be sweating! Conditioning will help to build your engine and get your fitter.
