“I decided to sign up to Lee’s app during lockdown to continue to work with the structure I have become used to with training with Lee.

The support throughout the current times has remained the same as it always has been. Lee is always more than happy to provide guidance and advice.

“I know this sounds a bit crazy to some people but when we went into lockdown I was very worried about not being able to train with Lee regularly. Not only from a fitness point of view but the positive effect training has on my mental health. 

“Since lockdown began, Lee has been extremely agile and has adapted his training sessions to deliver the best methods to allow us still to work out. I am really enjoying Lee’s online Zoom sessions and the fact that I get to take part in three group sessions a week (rather than the single face to face session as before).

“During lockdown Lee has changed from face to face training to virtual training. I still have my 1-1 session weekly and a minimum of 2 group sessions, sometimes 3! I am achieving as much as I ever did face to face as he has improvised the workouts to suit my situation and available weights etc.”

“I wanted to write this, I feel that I should tell my story.  I am so glad that I met Lee, he is a different type of Personal Trainer.

“I’ll start by saying that whatever I write won’t truly reflect the positive impact training with Lee has had… but I will do my best.
