“I wanted to write this, I feel that I should tell my story.  I am so glad that I met Lee, he is a different type of Personal Trainer.

“I’ll start by saying that whatever I write won’t truly reflect the positive impact training with Lee has had… but I will do my best.

“I was introduced to Lee on a visit to my lovely friend who could not speak highly enough of him and invited me along to one of her regular PT sessions. It was so great, I was hooked. But sadly, as a Northerner exiled down South, I’m not lucky enough to be able to have Lee train me in person other than on the odd occasional visit.

“I have been attending a group training session with Lee Murphy for over a year now. Even with just a single session a week I have seen a noticeable improvement in my fitness over that time.

“I started training with Lee in August 2018, having never been to a gym or a person that exercises regularly. I was a little apprehensive about starting group training but I felt at ease straight away. Lee tailors’ sessions to meet your needs and always encourages you to achieve your best.
